Our stay was wonderful. The service was top-notch and the staff packed us breakfast for our early train. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main attractions. The triple room was cozy and clean. I highly recommend this place! 😊

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Lourdes Basilica. I appreciated how clean the rooms were, and the staff really stood out with their helpfulness. When I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and offered assistance in English, which was great since I don’t speak French. The triple room I stayed in was cozy, but I found the size to be a bit cramped for three people. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable during the warm days, but it struggled a little to keep up on the hotter afternoons. On the other hand, the bathroom was impressive. the shower had good water pressure and worked perfectly. One downside was the dining options. I had dinner at the hotel once, and I wasn't impressed with the food quality—it felt overpriced for what was served. Overall, if you’re looking for a place with a great location and helpful staff, this can be a fitting option, but prepare for mixed dining experiences.

The staff were kind enough to pack us breakfast for our early morning train ride.
The triple room was a bit on the small side.

We enjoyed the variety of room options and found our triple room well-equipped with private amenities. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Sanctuary and surrounding attractions, making it ideal for exploring Lourdes with our adult children.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could be improved for families with children.

I loved the location, super close to all attractions! The triple room was upgraded and spacious enough for my needs. Definitely appreciated the clean atmosphere and the lovely restaurant onsite.
Felt so welcome, nothing too much trouble.

A great trip with friends! We stayed in a double room and loved that we were just 5 minutes from the grotto. Exploring the Pyrenees and experiencing the beautiful nature was amazing. The restaurant food was fantastic, with hearty breakfast options. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Highly recommend it for a group getaway!
However, the shared bathroom setup was quite small, especially the toilet area, which felt cramped and lacked ventilation. It wasn’t ideal for private moments, but we managed since we spent little time there.

This place was a great fit for a weekend trip in Lourdes with very good value for money. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring fruit, cheeses, and meats that really exceeded my expectations for a hotel. For meals, grab something to eat from nearby places to enjoy more flexibility.

The lobby was well-decorated and inviting. The staff offered us help promptly when requested, showing great attention to our needs.
The dining options outside of the generous buffet felt restricted.

Location was phenomenal, just minutes from the main attractions. The breakfast was solid, especially with their staff allowing us to take food for our friend who needed to sleep in.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still within reason for the experience provided.

The location was fantastic, just a
short walk from the basilica, making it very convenient for my pilgrimage. While the room was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed, I found Wi-Fi access to be inconsistent during my stay.

The hotel offered a clean, organized space with great air conditioning and daily housekeeping. Unfortunately, the beds were a bit stiff, and the advertised high-speed WiFi was disappointing, especially on the 7th floor. Overall, it was a decent stay—but improvements are needed.

The double room was cozy and clean, though a bit on the small side. Air conditioning worked well, which was a blessing with the warm weather. Daily cleaning was on point, so coming back to a fresh space was nice. Liked having a view, even if it was through double glazing, keeping things quiet. Just wish there had been a kettle for tea or coffee.
